Acceptance of terms

By using site4chiro.com, submitting the onboarding form, or paying for a site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Services

site4chiro builds and hosts a custom website for your chiropractic clinic. Base pricing is $399 one-time setup plus $100 per month hosting. Optional add-ons (AI chat, review collection, SEO, Google Ads management) are billed separately at the rates shown at checkout.

Payment and billing

All payments are processed via Stripe. The setup fee is charged when you submit the order. Monthly hosting auto-renews each month thereafter until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice, after which no further monthly charges will be made.

Refunds

The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun on your site. If you cancel before work starts, it's fully refundable. Monthly hosting fees are prorated on cancellation — you pay for the days the site was actually live.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, the legality of the content on your site, and your rights to any domains, business names, trademarks, and imagery you ask us to use.

Our responsibilities

• Uptime: best-effort. Infrastructure outages from Cloudflare and other upstream providers are outside our control.
• Support response: within 24 hours of a support email.
• Content updates: within 24 hours of a written change request, during business days.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate service immediately if the site is used for illegal activity, fraudulent claims, or content that violates our hosting providers' terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost bookings, or lost data).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.
