Introduction

site4chiro.com is operated by Pawel Watroba JDG, based in Kraków, Poland. This policy describes what data we collect when you use the service and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you submit the onboarding form, we store the information you type in: your name, email address, phone number, and the clinic details you provide (address, hours, doctors, services, insurance, booking link, social profiles, and any notes). We also collect a browser user-agent string and referring URL for each submission, and standard server-side request logs for site traffic.

How we use it

The data is used for exactly two things: building and hosting the website you ordered, and sending you service updates related to that website (confirmations, status changes, content-update notifications).

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't hand it to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. It's shared only with the two vendors that make the product possible:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe sees the billing details needed to process charges. It never sees anything else.
• Cloudflare — hosting and request routing. Cloudflare sees request metadata (IP, user-agent, path) the same way any web host does.

Cookies

We use minimal, session-only cookies required for the site to function. No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site identifiers.

Your rights

You can request deletion of all data we hold about you at any time. Email takedownsite4chiro@gmail.com and we'll process the request within 30 days.
